Never trust High St health machines

11.9%. I am official in the category of "Excellent" when measuring body fat percentage. Unusual really as most people who know me has a good grasp of my level of unfitness.

New Lemonheads album was released on Monday. A shock to hear that it's been 10 years since the last release. Ouch. I remember getting the last album within a few weeks of it being released whilst at Uni, briefly before I quit. (bought from Left Legged Pineapple in Loughborough along with an imported Oasis single. It's funny the things that stick in my head!) I don't own the album anymore, I lent it along with the rest of my Lemonheads collection to a girl briefly before splitting with her and never speaking to her again. I replaced the CDs. I learnt a valuable lesson that day.
